The EFL Pre-service Practicum: Supporting the Triad
A resource site for university-based supervisors, teacher mentors and pre-service teachers involved in EFL practicum
One of the key challenges encountered by members of the triad is professional isolation: not being necessarily a direct member of the university or a school community.This means members of the triad have to work largely independently.So accessing professional development resources—both to improve the practices of pre-service teachers and capabilities as educators, supervisors and mentors—can be difficult to find.
In response to this ever-present need, we have assembled a range of tools and resources to assist members of the triad navigate these difficult challenges.
